Small Business Phone Systems 2-20 Extensions |
|
 |
Our range of small business telephone systems use VoIP (Voice Over IP) technology to communicate between the telephone handset and the telephone system CCU. This means that the extensions can be connected to that same cabling infrastructure as your PC's, this includes CAT5e / CAT6 structured cabling and some phones can even connect using a WiFi Wireless network.
All of our small business telephone systems use normal telephone lines such as Analogue (PSTN) or ISDN2 / ISDN2e. This means they can directly replace a company's existing telephone system without the need to order new lines or change existing telephone lines.
The advantages of using a VoIP based telephone system are numerous, we have detailed a few of the most common below :-
*
EASE OF INSTALLATION - Many of our VoIP based Voice over IP telephone systems for small businesses can be installed, managed and maintained by the end user with basic computer networking skills and come with all the relevant software and programming tools for complete system management. This will mean the customer can save money on initial installation and training costs and save money on maintenance and future expansion.
*
ENHANCED SYSTEM FEATURES - Ou range of small business VoIP telephone systems come loaded with many of the features and extras of traditional telephone systems such as, voicemail, auto attendant, call queuing, music on hold, Caller Display, fixed and wireless handsets, call recording and CTI (Computer Telephony Interface).
*
BRANCH OFFICE CONNECTIVITY - VoIP PBX Phone systems allow small offices to be connected to create a wide area telephone system so calls can be taken in one office and transferred to an extension in another office, or even answered by a homeworker and transfered to the main office or another homeworker.
*
FUTURE PROOFING - All of our VoIP Phone Systems include the option of using SIP Trunking as well as the standard telephone lines such as PSTN analogue telephone lines and ISDN / ISDN2e telephone lines. SIP trunking means that you can make and receive calls over an IP network, including ADSL and SDSL Internet services. SIP trunking works in the same way as a normal telephone line - a monthly rental is paid for each channel, and call charges are applied for calls made. SIP Trunking allows VoIP systems using normal phone lines to increase the capacity of inbound and outbound calls on a flexible basis using existing Internet connection methods such as ADSL and SDSL Broadband.
